' Cooking Long Distance ' After skimming the contents, I bought one for myself and two to send to my daughters.
I don't know Pamelia Coleman, the author, but I recognized the flavor of her recipes.
This book is not your typical local cookbook. The cookbook is worth the price alone for the chapter entitled ' How to Season
