There hasn't been a day that each person at Picard Realty Rentals hasn't shed tears with guests forced to cancel because of this tragedy in the Gulf of Mexico.
For our new guests that had to cancel, we are so sorry that your chance to visit the Gulf's emerald green waters and some of the whitest beaches in the world may be delayed.
As for our policy on cancelled reservations, no one will lose a deposit or any rental monies due to the oil spill....period! The small amount we collect for a deposit converts to a damage deposit and is refundable 30 days after departure.
