We know how pets can be like one of the family and we do have pet friendly rental condos. We will be adding to this list over time, so be sure to call to find out about the availability of pet friendly condos for rent beyond what we have listed on this page.

Pet owners please be aware that pets are not allowed on the beach at any time. Violation of the city code prohibiting pets on the beach carries a $500 fine. Also, pets are not allowed on the pool deck of your condo or on the beach side of the condominium. When outside your unit they must be on a leash at all times and walked in the pet walk areas. You are responsible for cleaning up their waste as well.  Read and Sign our Pet Policy.

Orange Beach has opened a public Dog Park for you to let your pet run free in an enclosed area and
get some real exercise and socialize with other pets.

The City of Orange Beach has opened a leash free dog park at 27920 Canal Rd, which is next door to Sportsman Marina. And, if your little dog can't "run with the big dogs", there is a run for the small dogs too. There are separated runs for the small and large dogs that have double gates that allow safe entry for entering and exiting.

For owners that are on their best behavior, the city has placed benches in shaded areas so they can watch their "children" play. Parking is allowed in the east parking lot of Sportsman Marina. See rules below:

The City of Gulf Shores also has a Pet Park across from the Bodhenheimer Center, behind the Post Office.
