Snowbird Events--2006

This year got off to a great start with the first Winter Guest get-together in mid-January. Everyone met in the Silver Beach meeting room for a coffee get-together on a beautiful sunny day.

There were new friends and old. Millie had planned a game that included toilet paper--designed to get everyone to reveal interesting things about themselves. Another surprise was a special seat with a winning ticket underneath for a door prize.

At the first Jan. 2006 coffee, Picard Realty Rentals hosts, Millie King and Tom Barber had Tanger Outlet Discount Books, Scrapbooking Gift Sets, etc...for their Winter Guests.

Picard Realty Rentals always has an excellent turn-out for its SnowBird luncheons, parties, etc...and this was no exception.

Future Scrapbooking 'How-To' get-togethers are planned for Mid-February. Millie really enjoys showing the fun ways that one's beach photos can be assembled to make scrapbook pages that really capture the spirit and mood of the day. She will be bringing examples of some of her successful scrapbooking layouts and making some free scrapbooking supplies available for Picard's guests.
